Rudy started in construction in the US in 1995.  He believes in doing a job to the best of their ability while being cost conscious.  He doesn't believe in getting half way through a job and then asking for more money -- unless the homeowner makes changes.  The bid he provides before he starts a job will be the complete price.  Bids are provided in Spanish, but upon request he will furnish a copy in English.
